The Music Department of Concordia University, Ann Arbor, Michigan, has had use of new Yamaha pianos for the school year. These pianos are provided for our rehearsal, teaching, and performance needs at no charge to us. Having these pianos in our facility is essential to providing quality experiences for our students and our community.
To support this loan program, these and other fine pianos will be sold to initiate this valuable partnership and provide resources to the Music Department. All pianos will be sold at institutional prices not normally available in retail stores. In addition to the pianos on loan, allocated grands, verticals, digitals, hybrids, Disklavier player pianos, as well as a selection of used pianos will be sold at significant discounts from their regular prices.
New or used pianos will be available for sale from top quality brands such as Yamaha,
Bösendorfer, Clavinova, Baldwin, Schimmel, vintage Steinway & Sons and many others. Most instruments are less than one-year old, include a new factory warranty, are tuned, and ready to go.Dr. Ryan Peterson

Hi, I'm Thomas, a piano educator and piano donor. And I'm here at Concordia University Ann Arbor, Michigan to tell you specifically about the player pianos and Disklavier reproducing pianos available -- only this fall by appointment only at the Concordia University piano sale.
As an educator, I am particularly excited about player pianos that record and reproduce like the Yamaha Disklavier. Because the Yamaha Disklavier is the only player piano that isn't just a player piano. In fact, students across Detroit, Michigan, Southeast Michigan, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Bloomfield Hills, Novi, and many that I'm not naming because I'm so excited, will be coming to make an appointment and purchase one of these interactive pianos.
Yamaha Disklavier allows me as a teacher to sit down and record as well as playback the real time recordings from my students that they send me over the internet. And I can play them back at the exact same resolution that my students play for me, so that we don't lose any time during our lessons because of latency or lost motion.
Every minute wiggle of the key or touch of the pedal is captured accurately. And if I play it back on another Disklavier Standard or Disklavier Pro, the music is reproduced perfectly. Now I know across Michigan, and especially southeastern Michigan, where Concordia University Ann Arbor sits, it's almost impossible to find a Disklavier reproducing Yamaha player grand piano to be able to get your hands on and play and hear and test.
At Concordia University that's why we've gathered mostly all the sizes of Disklavier that Yamaha has to offer. This way families from Ann Arbor, Detroit, Bloomfield Hills, Novi, and all across the other sections of southeastern Michigan, and Ohio can come (even from Toledo) to bask in the quality of the Disklavier pianos.
We have Disklavier grand pianos and Disklavier upright pianos. Please call the number on your screen as the sale on campus at Concordia University Ann Arbor is by appointment only. We'd ask you to call and make an appointment with me or one of my staff. So you and your family can come and select and purchase a Disklavier Yamaha piano. Whether you live in Michigan, Ohio, or across the Midwest, this is the event for you. Please support the School of Music.
